Ecommerce Pro Solution Refund Policy

 

Amazon Refund Policy

  • Client is eligible to submit a refund request in case of service delivery failure from Ecommerce Pro Solution, provided that all the pre-requisites were delivered by the client within the required timeframe.
  • Refund is not applicable if the client fails to provide the necessary details, including (but not limited to) Business Information, Personal Information, Store Information, and Essential Required Data/Documents after the contract has been initiated and work has started.
  • Ecommerce Pro Solution will not be responsible for any issues caused by the client’s previous business history on Amazon, such as account suspension or policy violations.
  • Approved refund requests (if applicable) will be processed within 30 working days from the date of request.

Refund Policy Will Be Voided If:

  • A discounted package has been selected.
  • The primary design concept has been approved.
  • Revisions have been requested.
  • The project is marked as urgent (urgent projects are non-refundable).
  • Cancellation is made due to reasons unrelated to Ecommerce Pro Solution.
  • The client remains unresponsive or out of contact for more than 2 weeks during the project.
  • Any company policies have been violated.
  • Another designer or agency has been approached for the same project.
  • The creative brief lacks required information.
  • A complete design change is demanded.
  • The refund claim is made after the allowed refund request period.
  • The business is closing, rebranding, or changing its name.
  • Refunds will not apply for reasons such as change of mind, disagreement with partner, or personal issues.
  • A 12% processing fee applies to all refund requests initiated by the client.
  • No refund can be claimed once the final files have been delivered upon client request.
  • Free items or bonus services are not eligible for refund or revision.
  • Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable.
  • For website projects, refunds will not be processed once the design is approved and development has begun.
  • For logo projects, refunds are not applicable after positive feedback is shared and final files are delivered.

Refunds do not apply to outsourced or third-party projects.
